What is Mosce ERP
A quick view of what Mosce ERP solves, for whom, and how the application is organized.
Mosce ERP is an invoicing, inventory, accounting and fiscal compliance (e-CF) system for businesses in the Dominican Republic. This article situates you in the overall structure before touching any flow.
Reading time: ~3 min
When to use this
- It is your first time entering the system and you want to know where to start.
- You need to understand which modules come active by default and which depend on your plan.
- You want a quick reference to the sidebar before operating.
Before you start
- You have an account created and completed the onboarding wizard.
- Your subscription is active. You verify it in Settings → Billing and subscription.
How Mosce ERP is organized
The sidebar groups the whole system into sections. These are the exact names you see in the menu:
- Main - the dashboard with KPIs, onboarding checklist and recent activity.
- Operations - the commercial day-to-day: products, categories, clients, suppliers, sales agents, orders, quotes, point of sale, cash registers and invoices.
- Inventory - warehouses, stock control and purchase orders.
- Accounting - expenses, supplier invoices and payments, fixed assets, allocations, recurring templates, budgets, chart of accounts, accounting entries, templates, cost centers, fiscal periods, accounting settings, banking (accounts, statements and reconciliation) and shortcuts to trial balance and general ledger.
- Reports - balance sheet, income statement, AR and AP aging, withholdings, P&L by cost center, cash flow and changes in equity.
- Analysis - general dashboard of operational reports.
- Administration - documents, settings and the fiscal module (e-CF).
Each module is enabled or disabled separately from Settings → Modules, within the limits of your plan. The modules that your plan does not include do not appear as enableable.
What your plan includes
Mosce ERP has four tiers: FREE, STARTER, PROFESSIONAL and ENTERPRISE. Each one unlocks more modules and raises the limits (users, products, invoices/month, warehouses, cash registers, bank accounts, storage). The concrete details are in Frequently asked questions and in Modules.
Expected outcome
By the end of this article, you know:
- That Mosce ERP is organized into seven sidebar sections, with enableable modules on top.
- That your plan determines which modules you can enable and what limits apply.
- Where to check your subscription status and where to enable or disable modules.
Common errors
| Error | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| I do not see a module I expected to see | It is disabled or your plan does not include it | Check Settings → Modules. If your plan does not reach it, upgrade in Settings → Billing and subscription |
| I see the module but the "Create" buttons are disabled | A permission is missing in your role | Ask the business Owner to review your permissions in Users, roles and permissions |
| The sidebar looks shorter than in a guide | Your plan filters modules automatically | It is normal - the sidebar hides the sections you do not have access to |
