How to download your quotes as CSV - with pre-populated list filters (status, search) and a date range by creation date.
Export quotes
The Export button on the Quotes list gives you a CSV file with your quotes and their totals. It is the ideal basis for sales follow-up reports: how many quotes are still open, which ones expired without turning into an order, which customers request the most quotes.
Before you start
- You need the
quotations:exportpermission. If the button does not appear, ask whoever administers the account to assign it to you.
How to get there
In the side menu, open Sales → Quotes. Apply any filters you want (status tab, search, customer) and click Export in the toolbar.
Filters respected by the export

The CSV file
Each row represents a quote. The columns include: quote number, creation date, expiration date, customer, salesperson, status, totals (subtotal, ITBIS, total), and an indication of whether the quote was converted into an order. The individual lines are not included - to download the line-level detail, use the Export builder in the Data center.
Frequently asked questions
Do quotes converted to an order appear in the export? Yes. The status column indicates whether it was Accepted, and the "converted to order" column shows the number of the resulting order (if applicable). If you want to exclude them, filter by a status other than Accepted before exporting.
Do expired quotes appear? Yes, if the active tab is All or Expired. The status column clearly indicates which ones expired without converting.
Does the export include the discounts applied to each line? The quick export only includes the totals of the whole quote. To download the per-line discounts, use the Export builder in the Data center.
Can I export several quotes from the same customer to send them together? Yes. Filter the list by the customer, export with All scope, and you will get a single CSV with all of their quotes. To send the individual quotes as a PDF to the customer, use the Send by email button from each quote's detail view.
